Step 2: Matching by the Organiser
Based on your submission, the Organiser will carefully evaluate compatibility and match you with relevant exhibitors aligned with your objectives.
Step 3: Receive Meeting Details
A confirmation email will be sent with meeting details and information about the matched exhibitors.
Step 4: Schedule Confirmation or Adjustment
Confirm your meetings or suggest adjustments by replying to the confirmation email.
Step 5: On-site Meeting
Attend your scheduled meetings at the B2B Match & Meet area during the exhibition. Participants are encouraged to arrive 5-10 minutes early, bringing name cards and relevant materials to ensure a smooth and professional exchange.

- Visitor registration for the exhibition is mandatory to access the meeting area. (Pre-register HERE or register on-site at the exhibition)
- Meeting slots are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
- To ensure smooth coordination, meeting schedules will be automatically released if no response is received within three (03) days of the confirmation email.
- Meeting arrangements are subject to mutual compatibility and therefore may not be available for all registrations.
- Meetings will be automatically cancelled if participants do not arrive within 15 minutes of the scheduled time.
