FROM VALUE CHAIN INSIGHTS TO EXPERT PERSPECTIVES – A LOOK BACK AT THE 3F TOUR & VIETSTOCK TALK JOURNEY

Ahead of Vietstock 2026, the Feed – Farm – Factory Tour (3F Tour) and Vietstock Talk were introduced as two key industry engagement initiatives, complementing Vietstock’s broader efforts to connect the sector. While the 3F Tour gave businesses, experts and industry stakeholders direct access to production models, farms and factories, Vietstock Talk brought forward in-depth insights from industry experts and business representatives. From hands-on experiences to expert discussions, the two programmes created valuable B2B touchpoints, facilitating knowledge exchange, solution connections and new opportunities for collaboration across the livestock value chain.

FEED – FARM – FACTORY TOUR: CONNECTING PRACTICAL INSIGHTS ACROSS THE VALUE CHAIN

The 3F Tour was designed to bring businesses, experts and industry stakeholders closer to real-world operations across key segments of the livestock industry – from feed production and animal nutrition to farms, production facilities and value chain management.

The journey connected participants with leading companies and production models, including Vinafeed Corporation, C.P. Vietnam Livestock Joint Stock Company, Nam Huong Poultry Breeding Joint Stock Company, Skretting Vietnam, Nutreco and Japfa Comfeed Vietnam Joint Stock Company. Through these visits, participants had the opportunity to gain first-hand insights into operational processes, technologies, nutrition solutions, farm management practices and the increasingly demanding requirements of modern livestock production.

The programme was further supported by the Dong Thap Livestock Association, Dong Nai Livestock Association and Tay Ninh Livestock Association, helping strengthen connections between businesses across the value chain and local livestock communities.

More than a series of site visits, the 3F Tour served as a platform connecting businesses, feed producers, farms, experts and other stakeholders across the value chain – from Feed to Farm and Factory. The programme created opportunities to exchange practical experience, explore solutions and foster meaningful business connections across the livestock industry.

VIETSTOCK TALK | CONNECTING KNOWLEDGE, SHARING INDUSTRY PERSPECTIVES

Alongside the practical experiences offered through the 3F Tour, Vietstock Talk brings together stories, knowledge and professional perspectives from experts and business representatives across the livestock and veterinary sectors.

Across three episodes, Vietstock Talk explores practical topics closely aligned with industry realities, from One Health, food safety and animal health to antibiotic use, veterinary solutions and the role of communications within the industry.

• Episode 1, featuring Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyễn Khánh Thuận – Senior Lecturer & Head of the Veterinary Food Safety Laboratory, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, College of Agriculture, Can Tho University – focuses on the interconnection between animal health, food safety, antimicrobial resistance and the One Health approach in livestock production.
• Episode 2 with Ms. Ngô Bích Vân – Veterinarian, Product Director at Fordtek Vietnam – provides professional insights into veterinary solutions and the role of animal health management in improving livestock production efficiency.
• Episode 3 with Ms. Trần Thị Hoài Phương – Communications Director, R.E.P Biotechnology Joint Stock Company, offers a broader perspective on industry communications, from connecting information to sharing knowledge, solutions and practical value with the livestock community.

Each episode brings a distinct perspective, story and source of knowledge from professionals directly engaged in the industry, helping bring technical topics closer to the community while fostering connections among stakeholders across the value chain.

Together, the programmes not only provided practical insights and professional knowledge, but also created opportunities to explore solutions, exchange experience and build meaningful business connections.
