Professional qualification requirements differ by type of practice<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A common mistake is to assume that holding any \u201cveterinary qualification\u201d allows a person to register for every veterinary activity.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In practice, the requirement depends on the work being performed.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Vaccination<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A person providing animal vaccination services must, at minimum, have completed <\/span><b>training in Health certificate<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The applicant must provide a health certificate as required for the Veterinary Practice Certificate application.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>What must foreign applicants provide?<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In addition to the above documents, a foreign applicant must provide either:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A work permit; or<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Confirmation that the individual is exempt from the requirement to obtain a work permit.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>Documents that should not automatically be treated as general mandatory requirements<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Based on the current application procedure, the following documents should not automatically be listed as universally mandatory unless the relevant procedure specifically requires them:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Citizen Identity Card.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Portrait photograph.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Work-experience confirmation.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Criminal record certificate.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This is particularly important when using checklists or guidance written before the 2026 regulatory changes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">However, when applying online, applicants should still review the local electronic procedure to determine whether additional information, identity verification, or specific electronic file formats are required.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Forms <\/span><b>01.HNTY, 02.HNTY, and 03.HNTY<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> are included in Appendix IB issued with Decree No. 32\/2026\/ND-CP.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>4.
