Vietstock’s series of livestock and aquaculture roadshows is a specialised knowledge forum that attracts 1,750 participants. With the presence of 30 leading experts and 35 companies, the roadshows address pressing issues in livestock and aquaculture, introducing products and technologies that support farming.<\/em><\/p>\n

Before the exhibition, Vietstock<\/strong><\/a><\/span> and Aquaculture Vietnam<\/strong><\/a><\/span> organised a series of livestock and aquaculture roadshows aimed at providing a platform for households and farms in key livestock provinces to learn about the latest farming and aquaculture techniques from industry experts.<\/p>\n

These roadshows also offered businesses opportunities to connect directly with farmers and introduce innovative solutions and technologies.<\/p>\n

The Vietstock’s series livestock and aquaculture roadshow has truly become a platform for sharing knowledge and addressing pressing issues in livestock and aquaculture. 05 roadshows<\/strong> covering diverse topics were presented by 30 industry experts<\/strong>, attracting 1750 specialised attendees<\/strong> who engaged in discussions, learning, and seeking cooperation opportunities. Additionally, 35 businesses<\/strong> showcased advanced products and technologies to assist farmers and farms in their livestock activities.<\/p>\n

Sustainable swine farming in Thai Nguyen<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n

Supported by the Animal Husbandry Association of Vietnam, the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development in Thai Nguyen Province, Animal Health Expert \u2013 Vet24 Academy and IAES, and Thai Nguyen University of Agriculture and Forestry, the swine roadshow focused on the theme “Improving feeding strategy and farm management towards to sustainability in swine production”. Disease prevention in broiler farming in Tay Ninh<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n

At the broiler roadshow in Tay Ninh, Vietstock, together with experts and advisors from the Animal Husbandry Association of Vietnam and the Tay Ninh Sub-Department of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary to present the topic “Control and Prevention of Disease in Broiler Farms,” and shared in-depth content and practical solutions drew 350<\/strong> participants.<\/p>\n

Enhance the productivity of swine farming in Dong Nai<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n

Vietstock continues to accompany the Animal Husbandry Association in Vietnam and the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development in Dong Nai Province, Vietstock to successfully organise a swine farming seminar on the theme “Enhance swine performance through improved farm management and nutrient utilization”. The roadshow featured professional knowledge from leading experts and consultants from the Southern Institute of Animal Husbandry \u2013 Vietnam Institute of Animal Husbandry and Nong Lam University and garnered significant interest from 300<\/strong> attendees.<\/p>\n

Raising layers at optimal cost in Tien Giang<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n

Continuing its success, the layer roadshow in Tien Giang received support from the Animal Husbandry Association in Vietnam, the Subdepartment of Livestock Production & Animal Health in Tien Giang, and Can Tho University, shared and discussed the theme \u201cThe road to cost-efficient and sustainable layer production”. The layer roadshow was well-received by over 400<\/strong> specialised participants.<\/p>\n

Sustainable aquaculture development in Tien Giang<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n

In Tien Giang, a specialised aquaculture roadshow took place with the support of the Vietnam Fisheries Society (VINAFIS) and the International Collaborating Centre for Aquaculture and Fisheries Sustainability (ICAFIS). With the theme “Sustainable Development of Aquaculture In The Context Of Climate Change”, the seminar brought together experts from Can Tho University, the Research Institute for Aquaculture No.2, and more than 400<\/strong> farmers to discuss at the aquaculture roadshow.<\/p>\n

The series of livestock and aquaculture roadshows achieved resounding success, driving the robust development of Vietnam’s livestock industry. The series of livestock & aquaculture roadshows has wrapped up, but the journey to develop Vietnam’s livestock and aquaculture industry continues, leading us towards a prosperous and sustainable future.<\/p>\n

Vietstock 2024<\/strong><\/span> will take place concurrently with Vietnam\u2019s International Aquaculture Industry Event – Aquaculture Vietnam 2024<\/span><\/strong>. The comprehensive event will connect the entire livestock and aquaculture industry value chain<\/p>\n

Vietstock Expo & Forum 2024<\/span><\/strong> and Aquaculture Vietnam 2024<\/span><\/strong> are set to surpass previous editions with an extensive 15,000 m\u00b2 exhibition area<\/strong>. Highlight conferences will address key industry issues such as the International Aquaculture Vietnam Conference, Biosecurity Asia Forum, Poultry\/Ruminant & Dairy\/ Swine, Waste to Energy, Nutrition & Feed, Animal Welfare, Controlling Greenhouse Gas Emissions in Livestock Production.<\/p>\n

A new highlight, the Biosecurity Asia Forum<\/strong>, will focus on orientations, methods, and implementation strategies for biosecurity, which is a core value for sustainable development in the livestock industry.<\/p>\n

The exhibition will be held from October 9 to 11, 2024<\/strong> at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC), Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam<\/strong><\/p>\n
